2 Months Old!!!!!!!

Our precious little boy Camden Ryder is already 2 months old! I can hardly believe how fast the time is going! These last two months have been the most amazing time of our life. Each and every single day we thank God for our healthy beautiful boy and that he was brought to us. Camden is really changing so much! He loves to talk, he smiles all the time, and last week he slept through the night for the very first time! WOW! He's doing wonderful!
We had his 2 month check up on Friday and Camden weighs 13 pounds and is 24 1/2 inches long! He's in the 75th percentile for his weight and in the 95th percentile for his height!! Our doctor is amazing and interacts so much with Camden. He held him while he listened to his heart and Camden was just talking, cooing and smiling away. It was so funny, Carl and I were just laughing so hard outloud because Camden was so into the doctor. Dr. Foster kept cooing back at him commenting on how developed he was saying, "You're just so precious!" He checked out great so I was very happy. However, Camden did get his shots and he wasn't the happiest little boy. He cried so hard. You know, it's one of those cries where his whole face turned bright red and his mouth was open but there was no sound? I cried with him I have to admit. Thank goodness Carl was there to help me through! After a couple of rounds of baby Tylenol though, Camden was his old self again.



Camden looks just like Carl, there's no doubt about it, BUT... we figured out where his Bug eyes come from. ME! We got out some old pictures of me when I was little and apparently I made the same silly look when my mom snapped pictures of me. I bugged out my big brown eyes! Isn't that funny? Maybe I was afraid of blinking for the picture?? ha!
