Chesleigh 8 and 9 Months!

Chesleigh is doing so much these days! She is crawling everywhere, pulling up and really talking! She loves her bath, loves cereal and crackers and she loves to eat! She's so happy outside, if she's upset just take her outside and she a happy girl! She loves to swing, she giggles every time you push her. She has two bottom teeth and as of yesterday, she has 4 on top all at the same time pushing through! I think she's done wonderful teething! She sleeps almost 12 hours straight through the night and I'm SO thankful for that! She loves to bounce. If you hold her hands she bounces her whole body up and down. She's a wiggle worm. She never sits still! She's definitely not one to just lay back and chill with you. She's the baby that's literally crawling all over you and pulling and tugging at your hair and face! She's sweet. She loves her mama. She will say Dada all day long, but it's me who she wants all the time! When she crawls she follows me everywhere. She loves ALL of Camden's toys. The other day I realized she's old enough now for some girly toys! She usually will play with books and Camden's trucks! She's already over her little baby toys. They don't keep her interest anymore. I'm so used to trucks, balls, little bikes and such, what do little baby girls play with? Dolls, tea parties?? Is she too young for all of that? Maybe we just need more pink toys!! haha! She pats your back when you hold her almost as if she's comforting you... She squeals every time she sees Camden in the morning. She gets scared easily and will cry the saddest cry as if her feelings got hurt. She wakes up happy, I love that...

Chesleigh is a very bright, beautiful little girl and we're so thankful she's apart of our lives. My heart feels so full to see her here with us. She's wonderful. Oh, and yes, she will still squeeze her hands tightly together like she's praying and scream for what she wants. She's still very demanding, but I wouldn't have her any other way... We love you Chesleigh Abigail!!!

I've been a little behind in my blogging as you can see, so I'm trying really hard to remember everything I need on my blog for the monthly stats!! Chesleigh has a new doctor, Dr. Schafer and I love their clinic! I was so relieved because I was very disappointed where we had been going. He said at 8 months, "Wow, she's so healthy. Whatever you're doing, keep doing it." He said she was so big I could go ahead and start her on meats. He wasn't worried about her not nursing any more at the least! She is above the 99.9% for her height and weight! I also asked about her umbelical hurnia and he said that it looks good. It has gone down considerably and said that we should wait until she's older to decide if we want to correct it for cosmetic reasons. So, that was a big relief and I'm not worrying about it any more!

9 Months Old

I weighed her in the middle of the month of October and she was 28 lbs. according to my scale which has always been very close to accurate to my doctor's scales when I was getting weighed while pregnant...

Camden weighs 32 lbs. She's definitely either going to catch up to him or steady out one of these days!
