Explosion of Vocabulary

So I've been bad at marking all the little things that soon I'll probably forget that Camden says and does. Hopefully not, but I need to document these precious moments! He has really just been doing SO much lately. Everyday is another word I didn't know he could say! He's really good about throwing things in the trash for mommy (like a dirty diaper) and sometimes his toys too, but hey, he's still learning! He's so polite and usually always says thank you and he's really good about saying please if you ask him. He loves to brush his teeth. He gets so excited and it's not like he just sucks all the yummy baby toothpaste off the toothbrush, he really moves it back and forth and does quite a good job at it! He'll clearly tell you "NO" to anything he chooses not to have or do. Sometimes it's cute, sometimes not so much. If he's looking for a toy he can't find he'll run up and say, "Where it go?" It's so sweet! In just the past few weeks he's said the words... Soft, toes, hello, shirt, purple, snack, hair, ear, potty and fish. I'm sure there is more, but I can't think of them all. I wish I could capture an entire day I spend with him on video and share it with you all. He's SO SWEET. I mean, really, this child will put both hands on your face and give you a kiss even when you didn't ask for one. He always surprises you. When you're playing around with him he'll do something so silly and off the wall that will just make you laugh so much. His facial expressions are priceless. The dirty look and frowns as sad as they look sometimes are pretty funny. He's just got so much character to him. He knows how to turn the lights on and off and say "On" and "Off." It's little things like today I gave him some goldfish in a bowl for a snack and sat him on the couch with it in his lap. He was very good about not spilling and this was only because he didn't feel that great. When he wanted to get down from the couch he could have easily thrown the bowl but instead, he handed the bowl to me and said "thank you." These are just a few examples of why I love him so much.

Camden looks so much older in these pictures! And SO handsome! He is quite the looker!

That must be so fun having a talker at such an early age. Gavin is really getting into forming sentences and I love it! I can't wait until we get to see you all again.

Give Camden and baby a hug from us!
