Brown Bear Brown Bear and Very Hungry Caterpillar

We were so lucky to have Joanna and Kat ask us to go with them to the Walton Art Center to see Chesleigh's favorite books LIVE!!  "Brown Bear What Do you See?" and "The Very Hungry Caterpillar."  There was also another one titled "Papa, please get the moon for me."  Chesleigh was hooked from the moment we got there.  We kept talking about how we got to have a "girls" day and she was really getting so excited.  She kept saying, "girls day daddy!"  We had lunch together all 4 of us and then went to the show!  She was involved with everything they did and said and she never took her eyes off the stage!  She kept saying, "So funny Mama, that's so funny Mama!"  The way they moved the caterpillar back and forth it was like the characters were glowing and so real just like the books!  This was really such a treat for all of us.  She clapped and giggled and screamed the entire time!  What a blast and such a fun memory to share with eachother!  We had the best girls day! 

 At the end of the show they showed us how they got the characters to move.  Plus the kids got to ask any questions about the performance as well!
